One of these great new classes is Fly Yoga, a trendy form of yoga which incorporates a swath of silk fabric into the class. The strong fabric is suspended from the ceiling to form a hammock which supports your body while you flow through yoga poses. Every pose that exists on the floor can be achieved inside the hammock; poses are modified to work with the apparatus.

The biggest factor in it all is learning to trust your body. Once you have mastered the trust, it becomes about enjoying the stretch.
